Note - This is a 2nd shift position - 3:00 PM – 10 PM Local Time

Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Above average understanding of Windows operating systems and Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now or similar platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic networking concepts (e.g., Wi-Fi setup, troubleshooting connectivity issues)
  • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) platforms such as Intune

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in educating end-users on best practices
  • Knowledge of asset tracking and IT equipment inventory management
  • Understanding of the latest technology trends and process improvements
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on Windows devices, Office Suite, and other enterprise applications
  • Manage and resolve support tickets through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and iPads
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches for operating systems and applications
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment
