Location:
Santa Clara, CA or Irvine, CA or Miami Lakes, FL Duration: 6-12 Months Salary Range: $30 - $35/hr on W2 Introduction
Join our dynamic IT team as a support technician where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees are valued and empowered.
Note - This is a 2nd shift position - 3:00 PM – 10 PM Local Time
Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Above average understanding of Windows operating systems and Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic networking concepts (e.g., Wi-Fi setup, troubleshooting connectivity issues)
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) platforms such as Intune
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in educating end-users on best practices
- Knowledge of asset tracking and IT equipment inventory management
- Understanding of the latest technology trends and process improvements
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on Windows devices, Office Suite, and other enterprise applications
- Manage and resolve support tickets through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and iPads
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches for operating systems and applications
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment
