Your MissionAs an AI Outbound Product Manager, you're the strategic force that shapes product direction, empowers internal teams, and wins over customers. You'll partner directly with early adopter pods to curate best in class knowhow, channeling the voice of the customer to drive implementation evolution through Manual engagement.
This is where you make your mark: Building world-class enablement and customer lifecycle experiences that set the standard for next-gen AI Platform Product excellence. Your technical expertise, passion for enablement, and deep Service Now platform knowledge will be essential as you work closely with downstream stakeholders to unlock Service Now's full potential and connecting teams to the AI capabilities that will transform how they work.
Responsibilities
Strategic Influence: Turn customer insights into action by shaping how internal teams and Partner implementers unlock AI capabilities and deploy best practices.
AI Go-to-Market Champion: Arm scale teams with the insights and materials they need to win, then amplify our product suite through high-impact enablement events.
Customer Voice Amplifier: Translate what customers need into product development that hits the mark every time.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends, leverage cutting-edge tools, and drive product strategies that boost usability and eliminate adoption barriers.
Program Orchestrator: Curate and orchestrate executive communications, trend analytics, and presentation material for on-demand access to key material and deliverable timelines.
Always Evolving: Work directly with customer engagement pods to drive adoption momentum as product features roll out and market dynamics shift.
Analytics That Move the Needle: Use data ores to steer product direction while staying locked in with GTM initiatives and what drives results.
Innovation Without Limits: Co-develop with stakeholders to accelerate adoption and refine what works.
