SAP Eightfold AI Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Eightfold AI Technical Support Engineer with hands-on experience supporting the Eightfold AI platform and its key modules, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Design.

Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end technical support for the Eightfold AI platform and its associated integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Eightfold modules, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Design.
Analyze application logs, API responses, and system behavior to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Write and execute SQL queries to validate data, investigate discrepancies, and support reporting requirements.
Troubleshoot REST APIs, validate request and response payloads, and analyze JSON data.
Support integrations between Eightfold AI and other enterprise applications.
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
Monitor support ticket queues, prioritize incidents, and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
Assist with system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support activities.
Independently manage technical issues from identification through resolution, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to platform reliability and support processes.
Required Technical Skills
Eightfold AI Platform:
Hands-on experience with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Design modules.
Database & Querying:
Strong SQL skills for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
APIs & Integrations:

Experience with REST APIs, API troubleshooting, integrations, and payload validation.
Data Formats:
Strong understanding of JSON structures and data processing.
Technical Support:
Experience in Technical Support Engineering, Application Support, or Production Support.
Troubleshooting:
Ability to analyze application logs, identify root causes, and resolve complex technical issues.
Incident Management:
Experience managing support tickets, prioritizing incidents, and meeting SLAs.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical support, application support, or production support experience.
Hands-on experience with the Eightfold AI platform and its Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Design modules.
Strong proficiency in SQL, JSON, REST APIs, and technical integrations.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot application issues and independently drive incidents to resolution.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
