Senior IP Litigation Counsel

What you’ll be doing :

• Partnering with the legal team and management on our IP litigation matters.

• Managing a portion of our IP litigation and pre‑litigation activities.

• Negotiating license and settlement agreements.

What we need to see:

• A J.D. degree and license to practice law in California.

• 8+ years of experience in U.S. federal IP litigation.

• Strong written and oral advocacy.

• Great judgment and case management skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Judicial clerkship and trial experience preferred.

• Technical expertise in computer hardware and software.

• Engineering degree or equivalent is a plus.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is $224,000 USD - $356,500 USD for Level 5, and $280,000 USD - $442,750 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
