Job Summary
    This role is responsible for managing procurement operations within a team environment, ensuring efficient ticket triaging and resolution, maintaining compliance with established procedures, and delivering high stakeholder satisfaction. The individual will support process adherence, monitor performance metrics, and foster team development through structured communication and training.

Key Responsibilities
    1. Execute procurement operations using Ariba by managing requisitioning, sourcing, catalog, and master data management activities, ensuring adherence to process standards.
   2. Apply strong communication skills to triage and resolve procurement-related tickets, providing stakeholders with clear, comprehensive resolutions.
   3. Track and report procurement process metrics, identifying deviations and escalating issues for corrective action within the team.
   4. Maintain and update procurement Standard Operating Procedures in alignment with operational guidelines, ensuring team compliance.
   5. Participate in team review meetings to discuss performance, address process issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
   6. Facilitate daily team stand-ups to promote open communication and resolve operational issues efficiently.
   7. Communicate performance goals and attendance policies clearly to the team to support consistent operations.
   8. Contribute to team morale by participating in recognition and feedback systems and supporting training and mentoring initiatives for agents.
    
   Skill Requirements
    1. Strong Understanding Of Sourcing And Procurement Operations, With Practical Experience In P2P Processes.
   2. Good Proficiency In Using Ariba Or Similar Procurement Platforms For Daily Operational Tasks.
   3. Solid Communication And Organizational Skills For Effective Issue Resolution And Stakeholder Interaction.
   4. Experience In Reviewing And Maintaining Sops And Ensuring Process Compliance Within A Team.
   5. Ability To Participate Actively In Team Meetings, Performance Discussions, And Feedback Sessions.
    
   Other Requirements
    
    1. Certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., Ariba Certification, CIPS Level 2 or equivalent) is optional but valuable.
