Founding Partner | Executive Search Leader – Accounting & Finance at Silicon Valley Search Group Project Manager – Finance Transformation / Business OperationsWe’re looking for a Project Manager to help execute our product and finance transformation roadmap. This role will sit within a high-impact Program Management team and work closely with the Director of Program Management to lead one or more cross-functional work streams. This is a highly visible role partnering with Finance, Business Product, and senior stakeholders to drive execution, accountability, and results.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own end-to-end project planning, including resource needs, budget considerations, risks, and dependencies
- Lead and facilitate weekly project meetings with clear agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Provide ongoing project updates, guidance, and feedback while coordinating with external implementation partners
- Actively manage timelines and deliverables, holding teams accountable to milestones and deadlines
- Partner with Business Product Managers and Business Sponsors on Steering Committee materials, escalations, and RAID logs
- Support process design and workflow modeling across end-to-end finance and business processes when needed
- Collaborate with Change Management partners on stakeholder assessments, communications, and adoption of new processes
- Experience working across multiple, cross-functional Finance process areas
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, well-structured work
- Exceptional communication and consulting skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization
