Business Solutions Manager for Ultimate Staffing

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Machine Operator I for a family-owned custom shipping company located in Santa Clara, CA. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to work in a dynamic environment with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operators in setting up machines, including slotting knives, heads, feed section, print plates, and die-cut tooling.
• Help with mounting printing plates and cutting dies.
• Ink the machine, use chemicals to adjust ink properties, and clean printing plates.
• Feed corrugated sheets into the machine.
• Cut strapping from corrugated bales.
• Lift pallets as needed.
• Contribute to cleaning the machine and maintaining a clean work area at all times.
• Utilize chemicals such as cold glue, silicone spray, water-based flexographic ink, pH adjuster, Antifoam, and Myer Ameri-clear.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience with machinery is a plus.

Required Work Hours

The position requires working from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Benefits

The position offers a starting pay rate of $18.20 per hour.
