We are seeking an Assembler to join our team. The role is a Full Time Contract with a duration of 6-12 months in State College, PA.

As an Assembler
, you will:

• Perform a wide variety of mechanical or electro‑mechanical assembly operations on assemblies, sub‑assemblies, or end products.
• Follow verbal and written instruction while maintaining a focus on quality.
• Adjust, fit, or align parts as required.
• Use hand tools such as long nose pliers, screwdrivers, soldering irons, and wrenches.
• Maintain consistent quality and productivity levels.
• Use Microsoft Office programs.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Identify problems and contribute to process improvements.
• Perform some hand soldering on electronic assemblies.
• Be willing to learn in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Work as part of a team and collaborate to accomplish tasks.
• Traverse the production floor during shifts.
• Transport up to 30 lbs.
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and Bill of Materials.

• Electrical background at the component level.
• Experience with continuous improvement processes such as E3.
• Familiarity with J‑STD‑001, IPC‑610.
• Mechanical or electrical assembly experience, including soldering.

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, OR 2 years post‑secondary/associate’s degree with 0‑2 years of related experience.

• Pay Range: $28–$30 per hour.
