Production Operator - Panel Cleaning, Plasma, & Lamination (2nd Shift)

Shift hours: 2pm to 10:30pm (PST)

Responsibilities
  • Perform plasma cleaning of PCB panels.
  • Acid or carbon cleaning of panels from different departments.
  • Collaborate with the wet room department to clean panels.
  • Operate coverlay and multi‑layer lamination equipment, bonding materials with correct heat and pressure.
  • Monitor the bonding process area and equipment, ensuring quality and compliance to specifications.
  • Optimize existing processes for better yield and higher throughput.
  • Read traveler documents to produce and move products according to customer specifications and verify all previous operations were completed.
  • Immediately report all quality issues with panels to supervisor.
  • Complete all internal departmental documentation accurately.
  • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • Report quality problems or defects to the manager or senior management for corrective action and prevention of recurrence.
  • Adapt to duties modified or assigned at any time to meet business needs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good hand/eye coordination.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and verbally communicating in English.
  • Comfortable working with others to analyze, define and resolve product yield problems.
