. The role supports a team dedicated to excellent customer service and individualized resident care. RN positions are available for AM, PM, and NOC shifts with a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Complete initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
• Write, initiate, and revise care plans as needed.
• Initiate and deliver appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care provided.
• Ensure confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to maintain a healthy practice and living environment.

• Current RN licensure in California.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles and practices to uphold quality care standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Direct care experience with multiple residents.
• Behavioral/memory care experience.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC).
