Qualifications

• Current California State NP or PA license
• Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number
• CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (PAs)
• Active DEA registration

Preferred

• 6 months or more of related primary care experience as an APC (Advanced Practice Clinician – NP or PA)
