Test Operator (flying probe) - graveyard shift job at Fabrinet West. Santa Clara, CA.
Job PurposeOrganize and responsible for a variety of quality engineering functions related to improve quality and reduce cost through quality assurance on the quality of conformance to reduce scrap, rework, internal supplier material and customer's complaints. Customer interface and support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesEducation: B.A/B.S.,
B.Eng or equivalent years of experience
Experience: 8+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
Required Skill: IPC A 610, Quality Testing (PCBA, Electronics component), Knowledge of CAPA, and Process Audit
Required Training: IPC A 610, Quality Management
Job Competencies- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SMT
