Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Quality Control Lead – Swing Shift in Santa Clara, CA. You will coordinate daily IQC operations from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. PST, supervise inspectors, and ensure timely material release, inspection readiness, and audit-ready quality records.
In this role you will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other teams to manage priorities, escalate risks, and drive CAPA and continuous improvement while maintaining a 5S and safety-focused environment.
