Summary
The Sales Manager drives boutique performance through team leadership, client development, and operational excellence. The role supports strategic goals while upholding luxury service expectations and boutique standards.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional client service and develop client relationships through CRM, appointments, and client acquisition.
- Partner with store leadership on team development, employee relations, product training, and daily operations.
- Drive individual and store KPIs, develop sales action plans, and coach team members.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, operational and loss prevention compliance, and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain boutique standards, including visual merchandising, and resolve escalated client issues.
- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Women's and men's ready-to-wear experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and leadership capabilities.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
