Summary
The Client Specialist maximizes sales in the assigned fashion accessories area by delivering outstanding service and product knowledge. The role builds customer relationships, supports compelling merchandise presentation, and contributes to the omnichannel experience.
Responsibilities- Create a seamless, welcoming in-store experience and cultivate customer relationships.
- Act as a product knowledge expert and brand or category ambassador.
- Support merchandising and operational requirements.
- Use technology to support customer service and sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of related experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical requirements of a store role, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
