American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader in Santa Clara, CA. You will support the Store Leadership Team, lead strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts, and ensure a stellar guest experience while driving sales and maintaining store operations.
You will train and celebrate associates and represent the AEO values daily. You’ll recruit, coach and develop staff, maximize KPI results, and ensure visual and operational standards are consistently met.
