Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist who will be the face of our company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events. This role involves building brand presence, engaging with potential customers, and creating soft leads that can grow into long-term business opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects, partners, and influencers.
Engage event attendees with clear communication of our brand, products, and services.
Identify and capture soft leads for follow-up by the sales team.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align event strategies with business goals.
Assist in planning, setting up, and managing event booths and promotional materials.
Collect feedback from prospects and relay market insights to the team.
Track, measure, and report on event ROI and lead generation.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in field marketing, business development, or a client-facing role.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Comfortable engaging with people at all levels, from decision-makers to influencers.
Ability to travel frequently for events.
Self-starter with high energy and a professional presence.
