The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual sales objectives and developing and servicing customers. The role focuses on building client relationships and providing outstanding customer service in a luxury boutique.
Responsibilities- Achieve established sales objectives and develop a clientele network.
- Capture and maintain client information to support boutique relationships and sales.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across collections and provide outstanding customer service.
- Develop basic pen repair and after-sales service skills.
- Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
- Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build trusting customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- English and Mandarin bilingual skills preferred.
- Ability to stand for most of the workday, reach, bend, occasionally use a ladder, and lift or unpack large boxes.
