Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Response in Santa Clara, CA you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned locations, remaining highly visible to deter incidents. Conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of security-related experience.
- Access control and/or badge experience preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Guard card and/or license preferred.
- 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
- Drug screen as permitted by law.
- Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
