Your Responsibilities as Global Security Operations Center Manager
  • Oversee daily operations of the GSOC, ensuring efficient monitoring and response to security incidents.
  • Lead a team of security analysts in gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence to support proactive decision-making.
  • Develop and implement emergency management protocols and procedures to enhance crisis response capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence into business operations and strategic planning.
  • Maintain cutting-edge technology and systems to support security operations and intelligence analysis.
  • Conduct regular training and exercises to prepare staff for emergency situations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the GSOC team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a GSOC environment, including multiple years in a GSOC Lead or Manager role.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with access control platforms, video management systems, and incident management software.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving people, processes, and technology.
  • Proficient with the latest GSOC tools and technologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and managing control center programs.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing data to generate actionable metrics that support positive change.
  • Ability to navigate and manage change and conflict effectively.
  • Skilled in crisis management, providing front-line leadership in high-pressure situations.
  • Experienced in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Dependable team player with strong business acumen, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
  • Maintains a high level of integrity and work ethic.
