We are looking for an enthusiasticandenergetic Software Engineer to join our Enterprise

Browser team. As part of this team, you will develop features and systems related to the cloud hosted

Enterprise

Browserinfrastructureand back-end services. In addition, you may also work on features for improving the observability, securityandscalability of the cloud hosted components

• Developing cloud-based applications/micro-services hosted in Kubernetes clusters.
• Developing customer Kubernetes resourcesandcontrollers for these resources
• Managing all aspects of the end-to-end developmentanddeployment lifecyle, including
  • Writing high quality unit-tests
  • Creating deployment manifestsandhelm charts
  • Adding monitoring support for metrics, logging, tracingandalerting.
• Designingandimplementing scalabilityandfault tolerance aspects.

• 5+ years of experience with developing, deployingandoperating services in a Kubernetes environment
• Experience with building scalableandresilient distributed systems using microservice architecture.
• Experience with cloud native solutionsandarchitectures for fault tolerant services including databases (SQL, No
  
  SQL, NewSQL), message buses such as Kafka, etc. are highly desirable.
• 2+ years of software development experience in Go.
• Experience implementing Kubernetes custom resourcesandcontrollers
• Experience with monitoring stacks such as ELK, prometheus/grafana, etc.
• Experience implementing web application backends in Go with best practices related to authentication, authorization, logging, tracing, etc.
• Experience with identityandauthentication concepts including SAMLandOIDC are a plus
• Strong analytical, good communication skillsandthe ability to work independently with minimal supervisionandperform well as part of a team

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range of $160,000 to $260,000. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
