This role is part of a team building advanced artificial intelligence software that captures, connects, and activates organizational knowledge. The platform focuses on digital twin technology and enterprise intelligence, helping teams preserve context, decision‑making patterns, and operational memory as organizations evolve and scale.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will join a core engineering group responsible for delivering critical product capabilities from concept to production. This position emphasizes building fast, intuitive user experiences while maintaining strong, reliable backend systems. Most of your work will focus on frontend development, with meaningful ownership of backend services that power the product.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building early products, shaping technical foundations, and turning emerging ideas into polished, customer‑ready features.

• Designing and implementing clean, scalable APIs that connect user interfaces to core backend services.
• Developing high‑quality web applications using Next.js, with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Balancing rapid product iteration with long‑term maintainability and sound engineering practices.
• Collaborating closely with product, design, and research partners to shape and deliver new functionality.
• Debugging and resolving issues across the stack, including frontend behavior, backend logic, and deployment workflows.
• Participating in code reviews and architectural discussions to help establish engineering standards and best practices.
• Contributing directly to early product development, helping move ideas from prototype to production.

• At least three years of professional experience in full‑stack or frontend‑focused engineering roles.
• A strong technical foundation, gained through formal education or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Deep experience building applications with Next.js.
• Proficiency with modern frontend technologies, including React, Type Script, and contemporary styling frameworks.
• Practical backend experience building APIs, working with databases, and diagnosing application‑level issues.
• An understanding of performance, scalability, and optimization in modern web applications.
• Experience working in startup environments or contributing to products built from the ground up.
• A self‑directed mindset, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and learning quickly.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
