We are enhancing our incident management platform by integrating context from multiple internal and external systems, including telemetry, infrastructure, change management, collaboration tools (chat/video), documentation, knowledge bases, and inventory management.

This is a software development role—not Dev Ops or SRE. You will design and build new features for existing systems, collaborate with technical leadership, and progressively take ownership of deliverables. Independent work capability is essential.

• Develop new features within the incident management ecosystem.
• Integrate data from telemetry, observability, and infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with iterative delivery and short feedback loops.
• Apply test‑driven development and microservices best practices.

• Golang, API development, CI/CD, Observability, Telemetry.
• Programming:
  Go (Golang), API development.
• CI/CD:
  Git Lab, ArgoCD.
• Infrastructure:
  Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Observability & Telemetry:
  Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Jaeger.
• Workflow Orchestration:
  Temporal, Cadence, AWS Simple Workflow Service.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and data‑driven applications.

• Database experience.
• Agile methodologies, feature flags, and customer feedback‑driven development.

• Week 1:
  Review codebase and documentation; make minor changes.
• Weeks 2–4:
  Collaborate with team members; gradually take ownership of deliverables. Experience Level

  Pay And Benefits

  Pay range: $75.00 – $90.00 /hr.
