• Design, develop, and maintain innovative products for our on‑prem as well as SaaS offerings, including distributed file systems, archival products, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with product management and cross‑functional leads on both technical and business strategies to improve and build the future product roadmap for Cohesity’s infinitely scalable platform.
• Implement product features for on‑prem and cloud platforms.
• Drive accountability for test‑driven development, delivery of high‑quality features and resilient enterprise‑class solutions.
• Lead a culture of team ownership and direct individual and team accountability to improve how they work and achieve results continuously.
• Participate in Agile development processes.

• Min 8+ years of back‑end software development experience
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Development experience with large‑scale, highly available distributed systems is a plus
• Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and parallel processing
• Expert‑level programming and debugging skills in C++
• Strong knowledge of system performance and scaling
• Previous experience in distributed file systems
• Proven skills to solve complex problems
• Experience with debugging and diagnosing production software
• Ability to drive tasks to completion and take ownership of projects
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and agile development environment
• Possess excellent communication and sharp analytical abilities
