Insight Global is seeking an enthusiastic Software Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company focused on revolutionizing how businesses connect, secure, and optimize their networks within their Remote Browser Isolation team. This role involves developing features and systems for cloud-hosted RBI infrastructure and backend services. You will also work on improving observability, security, and scalability of cloud components.

• Develop cloud-based applications and microservices hosted in Kubernetes clusters.
• Create custom Kubernetes resources and controllers.
• Manage the full development and deployment lifecycle, including writing high-quality unit tests, creating deployment manifests and Helm charts, and adding monitoring support for metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Design and implement scalability and fault‑tolerance features.

• 2+ years of software development experience in Go.
• 2+ years of experience developing, deploying, and operating services in Kubernetes environments.
• Experience implementing Kubernetes custom resources and controllers.
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks (e.g., ELK, Prometheus/Grafana).
• Experience building web application backends in Go with best practices for authentication, authorization, logging, and tracing. Knowledge of identity and authentication concepts (SAML, OIDC).
