What You Will Be Doing- Develop and improve the media streaming stack to deliver ultra‑low latency, high video quality, and network resilience.
- Own end‑to‑end software development for features and modules, meeting performance, reliability, scalability, and sustainability requirements.
- Deliver platform‑optimized audio/video decode and render pipelines, HID and Xinput device support for WebRTC‑based and custom streaming clients.
- Define and build performance metrics and indicators; analyze data to improve streaming performance and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the quality of designs and code across the team.
- Contribute to the evolution of team processes and methodologies.
- BS, MS, or equivalent in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in multithreaded programming and system software design.
- Proficient in C/C++, multithreaded programming, system software design, and debugging.
- Experience implementing and improving performance and video quality throughout the video processing pipeline.
- Experience analyzing performance and CPU/GPU resource utilization for video/graphics applications.
- Background with video capture, codecs, render pipelines, and APIs.
- Experience with networking, WebRTC, and other audio/video transport and handshake protocols.
- Passion for gaming and immersive experiences.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Type Script, and web technologies.
- Experience developing and debugging on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Proficiency in audio/video driver interfaces across platforms; familiarity with telemetry, visualization tools, and data analysis.

Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and comparable positions, ranging from $120,000 to $189,750 (Level 2) and $148,000 to $235,750 (Level 3). You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
