We are looking for a Sr Staff Software Engineer to join Global Infra TEAM. The group develops and maintains the backend of Global Infra Platform & Cortex products. You will join a team focused on developing, innovating, and scaling the Global Infra Platform, along with contributing to shared network + compute infrastructures and components. We are looking for candidates with a can-do attitude, who are passionate about complex problems and thrive on bringing value to thousands of customers.

• End-to-end backend development of features and core components across their entire life cycle (design, develop, test, deploy, maintain)
• Collaborate with peers across different teams and disciplines to shape solutions and integrate with other parts of the product
• Work with customers and provide solutions to their day-to-day work and challenges
• Contribute to team-wide efforts - code reviews, design reviews, technical and architectural decision

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's (M.S./B.S.) degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
• Experience: 7 + years of professional Software Engineering experience, ideally focusing on the development of scalable server-side applications

• Programming:
  Strong programming proficiency in one or more of the following:
  Python
  , Node.js
  , or Type Script .
• Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of and experience with relational databases (SQL),
  MongoDB
  , and Big Query
  .
• Collaboration: A demonstrated ability to be a team player with strong communication skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional groups
  .

• Proven experience building and maintaining high-scale server-side applications
  .
• Experience utilizing Cloud Platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP),
  Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure
  .
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and managing cloud infrastructure
  .
• Experience with REST APIs (design, development, and consumption).
• Knowledge of AI/ML pipelines
  , Data Science principles
  , and related technologies like Model Context Protocol

• Prior experience with containerization technologies, specifically Kubernetes and/or Docker
  .

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $145000 - $235500/YR.
