Role
Summary:
- Hands-on full-stack software engineer supporting Test Infrastructure Development.
- Work closely with Senior Software Engineers on technical direction, architecture, design review, and priorities.
- Focus on feature implementation, bug fixing, testing, integration, deployment support, documentation, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain internal web applications and engineering tools using Python, JavaScript/Type Script, React, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement end-to-end features including backend services, REST APIs, database integrations, and frontend UI.
- Troubleshoot software defects, performance issues, deployment problems, and production support issues.
- Write maintainable code, tests, and technical documentation; participate in code reviews.
- Support CI/CD, Linux application deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and support AI-enabled workflows such as search, summarization, log analysis, and automation.
- Collaborate with Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and globally distributed software teams.
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong full-stack development skills across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, deployment, and system integration.
- Strong Python programming and Bash/Linux shell scripting experience.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills, including schema design, efficient queries, indexes, and basic query optimization.
- Experience with JavaScript/Type Script, React, HTML, CSS, and npm/yarn.
- Experience developing/consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, SSO, RBAC, and secure API design.
- Working knowledge of Git, code review, testing, documentation, CI/CD, Linux deployment, logs, processes, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Jenkins/Git Lab CI.
- Docker/Containers.
- Automated deployment, cloud, VMs, or bare-metal Linux servers.
- Internal engineering tools, developer platforms, test automation, dashboards, or data visualization.
- Manufacturing test, hardware diagnostics, lab automation, product validation, or engineering infrastructure.
- LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG/vector search, agents, or function/tool calling.
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering.
