Intel is seeking a Technical Manager
- Virtual Platform Team for the AI SOC group. In this technical leadership role, you will architect and deliver next-generation simulation / virtual-platform solution for System-on-chip for multiple generations of Artificial Intelligence products. You will establish strategy and methodology, drive technical development with deep expertise, and deliver first-pass silicon success through best-in-class virtual-platform to enable early software development.

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with 6+ years OR a PhD & 4+ years of relevant experience in developing simulation models, virtual-platforms, and performance models for architecture, micro-architecture and early software enabling.
• 4+ years of experience in managing a highly technical team.
• 4+ years of experience in subsystem and SoC-level development, analysis and understanding of AI software stack.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in advanced hands‑on coding proficiency across software programming languages (C/C++), scripting (Python), and build systems; established track record of developing and delivering highly configurable and reusable software collateral.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with software and verification teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proven track record of delivering on‑time, high‑quality pre‑silicon development environments and establishing technical standards.
