About the Job As part of the Talent Management product dev team, you will build features for our AI-powered talent management product. You will be responsible for medium to large projects, owning technical design and execution. You will collaborate closely product managers, designers, and your tech lead to deliver these features. Our team is innovating at all levels of our stack.  We are looking for Front End or Full Stack Software Engineers to help us design, build, and ship web applications to enable millions of Users. What you will do (or learn to do)
Build delightful new experiences in a very dynamically evolving market that will be used by millions. Own the end-to-end tech stack comprising modern React frontend backed by REST APIs, AWS lambda services and SOLR search platform. Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers and other Engineers to design & implement new user experiences and roll them out across Eightfold.  Build out large-scale software platforms and deliver highly performant, reliable, and scalable product features leveraging best-of-breed technology.

Qualifications:

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred3+ years of hands-on experience in building and shipping end-user-facing frontend UI ofeatures.

Strong coding and technical design skills Passion in both for simple, scalable, performant and beautiful user interfaces.

Experience with React framework or other modern frontend technologies (VueJS, NextJS,  etc) Comfortable in the latest FE technologies like hooks, modern CSS, Type Script Comfortable  in fullstack product development

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Experience with SaaS and AWS/Azure/GCP is preferred

Passion for applying AI technologies to usable interfaces

As much experience in knowledge/experience of relevant technologies to our tech stack (see below)

Pay Transparency Please note this role is categorized as hybrid in Santa Clara, CA The base salary ranges below are provided for pay transparency. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location by zone. .Zone A:
Base annual salary range: USD $135,700 - $181,000 + discretionary bonus up to 15% + preIPO equity
