Warehouse Operations Associate (Small Business) – Flexible Hours!
Adecco is assisting a growing small business in Santa Clara, CA in looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Operations Associate to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy a mix of physical work, order fulfillment, and keeping things organized, this is a great opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team! Flexible
Hours:
Monday to Friday $25.00 an hour.
Pick, pack, and ship consumer and retail orders with accuracy and care
Create shipping labels using our online order system (basic computer skills required)
Follow packing guidelines to ensure every order is shipped correctly
Keep the warehouse clean and organized
Assist in general warehouse operations — working independently to grow and improve the business
Prior warehouse and/or shipping experience (we’re not looking for someone brand new to the field)
Ability to lift up to 44 lbs (5-gallon containers); all other items are lightweight
Comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and on-time shipping
Comfortable using computers for order processing and printing labels
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently when needed
Flexible 15–30 hours per week
Some weeks may require additional hours depending on workload
Ideal for someone who can be flexible and enjoys a changing pace
Weekly Pay! Every Friday!

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
