Controller – Manufacturing

• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month‑end/year‑end close
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
• Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Coordinate annual audits and serve as primary liaison with external auditors and tax advisors
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements
• Support operational and cost accounting analysis to improve margins and efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA strongly preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, inventory, and standard costing
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented leader with strong communication skills
