Sales Operations Analyst II — Medical Device (Hybrid — Valencia, CA) Contract Job Summary
Our F500 Medical Device client has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities- Communicates and supports the Data Analytics strategy.
- Determines customer requirements and translate requirements into reports for analysis.
- Provides analysis and tracking of data through ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis and partnership to share insights and ensure understanding within the business.
- Uses data to highlight key organization trends and collaborate with businesses to identify causes, costs and potential interventions/solutions.
- Participates in periodic audits and analyses to ensure accuracy, optimization of systems and reporting as well as new analytic opportunities.
- Work directly with sales operations leadership to identify and define KPIs and the drivers that move the metrics.
- Conducts statistical analysis of sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.
- Provide analysis and make recommendations to senior sales management on utilization of sales programs, roles and functions and their respective impact on sales force performance.
- Leverage existing data sets to better analyze data and reduce effort to produce analysis.
- Takes initiative to ensure data integrity of reports developed before sending to key customers. Identifies root cause of data integrity issues and proactively works with cross functional teams to fix.
- Prepare and analyze market data. Determine alternative use cases of the data or additional data to purchase.
- Analyze sales and revenue. Conduct trending analysis of accounts. Create adhoc reports.
- Assist in SAP Administration.
- Work with IS to troubleshoot sales reporting and systems. Analyze data and processes to ensure optimal utilization of the systems.
- Make recommendations to management to improve processes and support for the sales force.
In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Required Experience- 3 - 5 Years with BA or 1 - 3 Years with MBA
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of analytical experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Attention to Detail
- Quick Learner and Independent worker
- Advanced level knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, Einstein and Microsoft Excel
- MBA or equivalent work experience
- Sales analysis experience
