Florist Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong artistic eye, exceptional craftsmanship, and a passion for designing unforgettable floral arrangements. This role involves creating custom pieces for events, daily orders, holidays, and specialty installations while maintaining the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.

• Design and create floral arrangements including centerpieces, bouquets, installations, sympathy arrangements, seasonal pieces, and custom orders
• Maintain a strong understanding of floral design trends, color palettes, and composition techniques
• Process, hydrate, and care for fresh flowers to ensure longevity and quality
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, event needs, and budget
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site styling as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Manage flower inventory, order supplies, and track product waste
• Support daily shop operations, including customer service and POS transactions
• Ensure all arrangements reflect the brand’s standards for quality, style, and sustainability

• Prior experience as a floral designer or related creative field (4 years required)
• Ability to create and replicate arrangements from our website or picture
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during holidays
• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Experience with event work (preferred but not required)
