We’re looking for a hands‑on Design Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience who’s excited to design components, solve tough engineering challenges, and see their work come alive on real vehicles.
What You’ll Do- Design and develop vehicle harnesses, electro‑mechanical systems, energy storage solutions, and electric motor components.
- Own 2D and 3D CAD design for components, assemblies, and system layouts.
- Lead concept development, evaluation, modeling, and detailed engineering analysis.
- Support prototype builds and production manufacturing, coordinating closely with quality and operations teams.
- Prepare and release engineering drawings, schedules, specs, and technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive performance optimization and ensure compliance with automotive and motorsports standards.

What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
- 2 to 5 years of experience designing electrical and mechanical systems; automotive preferred, high‑performance or EV a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD (any modern platform).
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, codes, and standards.
- Solid project management, data analysis, and technical problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office and familiar with basic mechanical and cost‑calculation methods.
- Ability to own your work, manage your time, and communicate clearly in a fast‑paced environment.
