We’re looking for a hands‑on Design Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience who’s excited to design components, solve tough engineering challenges, and see their work come alive on real vehicles.

• Design and develop vehicle harnesses, electro‑mechanical systems, energy storage solutions, and electric motor components.
• Own 2D and 3D CAD design for components, assemblies, and system layouts.
• Lead concept development, evaluation, modeling, and detailed engineering analysis.
• Support prototype builds and production manufacturing, coordinating closely with quality and operations teams.
• Prepare and release engineering drawings, schedules, specs, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive performance optimization and ensure compliance with automotive and motorsports standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
• 2 to 5 years of experience designing electrical and mechanical systems; automotive preferred, high‑performance or EV a plus.
• Proficiency in CAD (any modern platform).
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, codes, and standards.
• Solid project management, data analysis, and technical problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office and familiar with basic mechanical and cost‑calculation methods.
• Ability to own your work, manage your time, and communicate clearly in a fast‑paced environment.
