Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Focus)

Sylmar, CA

$90,000 – $110,000 per year

• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong hands‑on aptitude with ability to be hands‑on and trainable.

Full-time;
Direct Hire

Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (OT as needed)

• Learn existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support process engineering activities, including workflow design, layout planning, and efficiency improvements.
• Perform hands‑on mechanical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High level of mechanical skill required.
• Understanding of CAD/Solid Works.
• PLC knowledge or experience.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Potential for deep mechanical involvement (hands‑on, rebuilds, alignments, testing).
