Our client, a leading automotive racing organization, is seeking a Test Facility Engineer to join their team. As a Test Facility Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Motorsports Testing Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Test Facility Engineer
Location: Marysville, OH
Pay Range: $45.67/hr - $50.48/hr
- Provide efficient testing and evaluation of engines, chassis gearboxes, components, and electrical systems.
- Maintain, evaluate, and implement improvements for testing hardware and dyno capabilities.
- Plan and propose upgrades to meet current and future business needs.
- Support objectives for optimal race car performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for test facility operations and maintenance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience specifying, evaluating, and selecting testing equipment.
- Project management experience with outside vendors and contractors.
- Strong planning and scheduling skills for staff allocation and project timelines.
- Budgeting experience for managing significant funds for test facilities.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project.
- Competitive pay range of $45.67/hr - $50.48/hr.
