, you will be part of the Quality & Manufacturing Engineering Department supporting NPI, Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement Teams

Quality Engineer

$43.27 – $57.69/hour

• Develop and implement inspection protocols for in-house components.
• Lead cross-functional teams for New Product Introduction (NPI) and corrective actions.
• Manage non-conformance processes and provide corrective guidance using UniPoint.
• Perform first article inspections, process validations, and maintain work instructions (APQP).
• Analyze quality data and support continuous improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Materials Science Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and test/measurement equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Minitab, and UniPoint, with experience in vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving, statistical analysis, and communication skills; ability to work independently and under pressure.
