Are you a cost accounting professional who enjoys being close to the action — on the floor, in the data, and at the table with Operations and Leadership? This is a high‑impact role where your work directly influences margins, inventory, and production decisions.

- Own standard costing, inventory, and variance analysis
- High visibility and real influence on operational decisions

- Forecast and budget production volume, earned hours, and overhead
- Prepare monthly inventory, inventory reserves, and warranty reserves
- Lead annual standard cost roll‑ups and inventory revaluations
- Review BOMs and routings for new product releases
- Support transfer pricing and multi‑entity reporting
- Drive month‑end close, journal entries, and account analysis
- Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory; investigate variances
- Support internal and external audits; ensure IFRS compliance
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of cost accounting experience (manufacturing/operations)
- Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Analytical, collaborative, and self‑directed
MBA, CMA, CFA; multi‑entity or global exposure
Compensation$110,000–$135,000 base (DOE)
