Clinical Program Manager

Easterseals Southern California | Starting salary: $69,000 per year.

Overview

Under supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Assoc. Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or Regional Clinical Director), the Clinical Program Manager provides program management and implements changes in program. They provide specialized behavior intervention services and supervise program teams for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disabilities. The role collaborates closely with BCBAs and Behavior Interventionists to deliver interventions, conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop programs for assigned cases.

Functions
  • Supervise Behavior Interventionists to ensure accurate data recording and maintain program records.
  • Manage data reliability and fidelity checks regularly; plan and lead monthly progress updates with families and program team.
  • Assist in creating and delivering specific intervention activities and parent education, record skill acquisition in natural settings.
  • Complete all documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, exit summaries, and maintain participant‑related documents.
  • Coordinate ongoing competency‑based staff training and attend meetings and trainings as requested.
  • Stay current on new research, trends, and developments in autism, ABA, special education, and related fields.
  • Maintain frequent, professional, courteous communication with participants, families, and supervisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, or psychology.
  • Current CPR certification.
Experience
  • At least 2 years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of evidence‑based practices and scientifically validated methodologies that benefit children with ASD; familiarity with current research findings.
  • Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis interventions:
    Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Behavior Skills Training (BST), and Experimental Functional Analysis (EFA).
  • Familiarity with early intervention and community resources for children.
  • Strong clinical, administrative, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Demonstrate good judgment and decision‑making skills.
  • Maintain customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Effective oral and written communication; ability to work cooperatively with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and related software.
  • Pass a post‑offer physical examination and TB test.
  • Provide proof of required vaccinations or immunity evidence.
  • Obtain and maintain criminal record/fingerprint clearance from DOJ and FBI per organizational requirements.
