Behavior Program Manager - Applied Behavior Analysis (MA Required)

Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. Our mission is to optimize the independence and quality of life of our clients and their families.

We are seeking a Behavioral Program Manager who shares our passion for improving the lives of children and families affected by autism. As a Program Manager, you will serve as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs, and providing education and training for client caregivers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee clinical programs
• Supervise BIs and provide education and training for client caregivers
• Master daily case management skills

Requirements:

• Completed Master’s degree in a relevant field
• In progress with BCBA preferred
• Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude
• Bilingual skills valued
