Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Duties
- Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
- Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence.
- Assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
- Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
- Maintain a 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication.

Requirements
- Completed High School/Diploma
- Able to work 12pm-6pm Monday - Friday
- Childcare experience required
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
