We are seeking an experienced Deployment Engineer with expertise in Mellanox technologies and network deployments
. This role focuses on the design, implementation, and support of network solutions, ensuring optimal performance across client infrastructures. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with Mellanox products
, a strong grasp of networking concepts, and the ability to troubleshoot complex network environments.
Bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred but not required. Occasional travel to Mexico is necessary.

• Design, plan, and deploy network solutions using Mellanox hardware and technologies
  .
• Experience with Cumulus OS, OSPF, BGP, and campus WAN is a MUST.
• Configure, test, and support Infini Band and Ethernet solutions
  , ensuring high performance.
• Work closely with clients to understand project needs and recommend tailored networking solutions.
• Perform on‑site installations, configurations, and troubleshooting as required.
• Monitor and maintain deployed networks, ensuring high availability and reliability
  .
• Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to client teams for ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
  , maintaining clear documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, support, project management) to streamline deployments.
• Travel occasionally to Mexico to support on‑site deployments.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering or deployment
  , with a focus on Mellanox technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Infini Band, Ethernet solutions, Mellanox hardware
  , and networking tools
  .
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, configuration, and troubleshooting
  .
• Proficiency in Mellanox OFED, Switch
  
  X, Spectrum
  , and related technologies.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Mexico for project‑based assignments.

• Experience with automation tools and scripting (
  Python, Ansible, etc.) for deployment efficiency.
• Familiarity with additional networking hardware and technologies (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
• Relevant network engineering certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are a plus.
