• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and compliance with SOPs.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Implement and manage process and method improvements to optimize performance.
• Drive change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and adaptability.
• Oversee vendor management and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate ordering of materials and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
• Enforce safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet operational goals and service expectations.
• Track KPIs such as order accuracy, shipping timelines, returns, and team efficiency.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize warehouse flow and reduce errors.
• Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Enforce company policies and procedures and provide coaching and disciplinary actions as necessary.

• 2–5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience with SOP development and implementation.
• Proven track record in process improvement, method optimization, and change management.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement activities.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Job Type: Full‑time, Salaried (Exempt)

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 Annually
