Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and compliance with SOPs.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Implement and manage process and method improvements to optimize performance.
- Drive change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and adaptability.
- Oversee vendor management and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate ordering of materials and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Enforce safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet operational goals and service expectations.
- Track KPIs such as order accuracy, shipping timelines, returns, and team efficiency.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize warehouse flow and reduce errors.
- Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Enforce company policies and procedures and provide coaching and disciplinary actions as necessary.
- 2–5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience with SOP development and implementation.
- Proven track record in process improvement, method optimization, and change management.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement activities.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Job Type: Full‑time, Salaried (Exempt)
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 Annually
