General Manager – Surgical Business Unit

• Manage all operational activities during the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Model compliance by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from the crew.
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, cost and cash controls, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Maintain a perfect image, adhere to standards, ensure great customer service, and uphold punctual attendance.
• Handle transportation to/from work and communicate with corporate as required.

Many team members start as delivery drivers and progress to franchise owners, general managers, or corporate operations managers. This role offers a path to leadership and ownership.
