Electronic Technician – Motorsports | Hands-On | High-Performance Vehicles

We’re a fast-moving motorsports company looking for a motivated Electronic Technician to help build, test, and maintain the electrical systems that power our race‑ready machines. This is a highly practical role for someone who enjoys working with real hardware, test equipment, and automotive electrical systems in a performance‑driven environment.

• Build, test, and validate electrical system components that support vehicle and system operation
• Assemble, repair, and debug wire harnesses, looms, and electrical sub‑assemblies
• Troubleshoot builds and install wiring or components as needed during development and assembly
• Create, modify, or source test equipment to support hardware validation and verification
• Support Electrical Engineers by executing assigned tasks with strong attention to priority and deadlines
• Research and evaluate sensors and ancillary electrical components for future vehicle systems
• Maintain accurate tracking and organization of all electrical and electronic hardware

You don’t need decades of experience — we’re looking for someone with solid fundamentals, curiosity, and pride in their work.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with wire harness assembly and/or test equipment manufacturing
• Experience using harness production tools and electrical test equipment
• Familiarity with automotive electrical systems (ECUs, ignition systems, sensors, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment

• Trade school certificate or 2‑year technical degree
• Loom build and repair experience
• Prior experience in motorsports, automotive, EV, or performance vehicle environments

• Work directly on real motorsports hardware, not just prototypes on paper
