Electronic Technician

Position Overview

Our team is currently looking for an Electronic Technician for a client in the Motorsports Industry, Honda Racing Corp.

• Responsible for testing and building electrical system components.
• Duties include building debugging, installation looms or components to support system operations.
• Create or procure test equipment for hardware validation based on component test requirements.
• Assist Electrical Engineers with assigned tasks, ensuring timely and prioritized completion.
• Research and validate new sensors and ancillary electrical components for future systems in coordination with Hardware Engineer or Electrical Supervisor.
• Maintain and track all electrical and electronic hardware.

• Minimum High School Diploma, trade school certificate or two‑year degree preferred.
• 1‑2 years in test equipment manufacture and wire harness assembly.
• Loom build and repair experience preferred.
• Proficiency with harness production tools, test equipment, and automotive components (ignition systems, ECUs).
• Ability to prioritize and manage projects independently.
• PC proficiency; ability to read electrical diagrams and drawings.
• Familiarity with wiring tools, meters, and testers.

• Strong problem‑solving and statistical analysis.
• Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams under pressure.
• Strong need to demonstrate a strong drive and accept accountability for actions and results.
• Ability to adapt to and work within a dynamic environment – cope with change.

• Santa Clarita, California; on‑site
• Relocation offered.
• One‑year contract with possible extension/direct hire
