Main Functions

The Inventory Associate is responsible for conducting the daily cycle counts both in the raw materials warehouse and in the finished goods department.

This position requires access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the successful candidate must be a "U.S. person" as defined in the ITAR and EAR (which generally means (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) have been admitted to the United States as a refugee, or have been granted asylum, as specified under applicable law.

Typical Duties

• Print daily cycle count sheets from M2M ERP system
• Count various parts listed on count sheets
• Enter all counts into M2M ERP system
• When discrepancies are discovered, request team member counter/checker verifies part count
• Report final count discrepancies to inventory controller
• Work with inventory controller on investigative methods
• Support material handlers as needed
• Other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor

• Working knowledge of ERP inventory processes
• Made 2 Manage is a plus

Education Requirements
High School diploma, GED or five (5) years' work experience

Experience Requirements
Min. of 1 year of warehouse experience

Physical Requirements

Able to lift 50 pounds

Able to spend the day standing, walking, bending, reaching and handling product.
