• Operate dish washing machine or hand wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
• Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition, empty trash and move to dump site, comply with local sanitation standards
• Perform opening and closing procedures; contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of facility
• Maintain both dish stations cleaned and organized at all times
• Break down all kitchen boxes and recycle
• Sweep and mop floors daily
• Pick up all trash cans and ensure they are clean
• Assist with kitchen staff prep
