Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10-week training program

• Face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Active driver’s license
• At least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of previous employment
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
• High school diploma, GED or military service
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self‑motivation and teamwork to meet goals
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions.
